Cibus Nordic Real Estate AB (publ) has signed and closed the acquisitions of a portfolio of four properties in middle Norway for EUR 12m.
The assets are located in the Trondheim region on the west coast and have a lettable area of around
5 000 sqm. The Properties are fully let with Kiwi and Rema1000 as anchor tenants on long-term lease agreements.
