Cibus Nordic Real Estate AB (publ) ("Cibus" or the "Company") has today signed and closed the acquisition of real property in Rauma, Finland for EUR 5.3m.
The asset has a lettable area of approx. 4,600 sqm and is built in 2007. The asset is fully leased with Tokmanni as an anchor tenant and the weighted average lease maturity is close to six years. It is located in Rauma, on the west coast of Finland.
