Cibus Nordic Real Estate AB (publ) ("Cibus" or the "Company") has signed acquisitions of three properties for SEK 34.5m. Two of the properties are signed and closed, and Cibus will accede the last one after the installation of a new ventilation system.
The assets in Sweden are located in Katrineholm, Eskilstuna and Hällefors and has a lettable area of 2,800 sqm. The properties are fully let, and the anchor tenant is ICA Sverige, the weighted average lease maturity is approximately 5,5 years.
