The board of directors of Cibus Nordic Real Estate AB (publ) ("Cibus",) has appointed Sverker Källgården as new CEO of the company. Mr Källgården will start his new position on 4 March 2019.
Sverker Källgården has an extensive experience from the real estate sector. Most recently, he served for five years as the CEO of ByggPartner, a Swedish construction company. During his tenure there, he led ByggPartner's transformation into a profitable company suitable for listing. He successfully oversaw the listing of the company on Nasdaq First North and continued working on expanding the company's investor base and increasing the knowledge of the company. Prior to ByggPartner, Mr Källgården held senior positions both in NCC and in Hufvudstaden, where he amongst other things served for seven years as CEO of AB Nordiska Kompaniet "NK".
