Cibus Nordic Real Estate AB (publ) ("Cibus" or the "Company") has this week through three separate transactions added three daily goods properties to its portfolio. The company has furthermore signed the acquisition of one property, which is estimated to close in January 2020 upon completion. One of the deals closed this week was already signed and announced on 4 March 2019.
As previously announced, the property that was signed in March is located in Siilinjärvi, a suburb of Kuopio. It has a lettable area of 4,500 sqm and is let to Halpa-Halli.
The two new properties signed and closed this week have a total area of some 8,000 sqm, are located in Liminka and Jämsä and are let to Halpa-Halli and Tokmanni respectively.
The final acquisition signed this week is regarding a Tokmanni asset of some 3,000 sqm located in Virrat. The property is still under construction and the transaction is estimated to close in January 2020.
The total price for the three previously unannounced assets, located in Liminka, Jämsä and Virrat, amount to some € 15 million. These acquisitions are financed with the new debt facility announced on 24 June 2019.

Cibus Nordic Real Estate AB (publ) ("Cibus") has on 12 June 2020 issued a senior unsecured green bond loan in the total amount of SEK 600,000,000 (the "SEK Bonds") and on 18 June 2020 issued a senior unsecured bond loan in the total amount of EUR 135,000,000 within a framework of up to EUR 175,000,000 (the "EUR Bonds"), on the Swedish bond market. The SEK Bonds have a tenor of 3 years and a floating interest rate of STIBOR three months plus 475 bps and will mature on 12 June 2023. The EUR Bonds have a tenor of 3.25 years and a floating interest rate of EURIBOR three months plus 450 bps and will mature on 18 September 2023. The SEK Bonds and the EUR Bonds are jointly referred to as the "Bonds".
Cibus fortsätter att investera och växa fastighetsinnehavet genom att förvärva en portfölj innehållande 5 fastigheter i Uleåborgsregionen för EUR 14,5m. Fastigheterna är fullt uthyrda med S-gruppen som ankarhyresgäst, genomsnittlig kvarvarande hyrestid är 13 år och den uthyrbara ytan uppgår till 7 135 kvm. Tillträdet beräknas till den 1 juli 2020.
Cibus continues to invest and grow by an acquisition of a real estate portfolio of 5 assets in the Oulu region for EUR 14,5m. The properties are fully let with S Group as anchor tenant, average remaining lease is 13 years and the lettable area is 7,135 sqm. The transaction is targeted to close on July 1, 2020.
Cibus följer upp förra veckans framgångsrika gröna SEK-obligation genom att idag emittera en ny obligation om EUR 135m. I samband med emissionen återköptes den utestående obligationen om EUR 135m och är i och med det refinansierad.
Following up on last week's Green SEK-bond issue Cibus today successfully issued another bond of EUR 135m. The issue was oversubscribed and in addition to the issue the current EUR 135m bond will be subject to early redemption.
